Strip-out and drying has been completed, although some remaining construction may require removal to complete works and contractor should allow for additional waste removal if required. Site has good access and has on-site room for skips, materials and vehicles. Property is Victorian (c1905) end terrace conversion to 4 flats. Costs to be met by insurers.
