I require some kitchen repairs in a terrace property I rent out in Tremorfa, Cardiff. I am not sure of the exact scope of the work but the tenant has reported that there is water damage between the kitchen taps and wall. They also reported that the cupboards are looking very old and some are not shutting correctly. It is some time since I visited the property so I would like an honest assessment of the work required. I think it may be a case of doing some re-tiling and fixing new cupboard doors to the existing kitchen carcass. Another small job they said needs doing is repairing the porch door which is not shutting.

The chimney appears to still be intact, but is leaning noticeably. A TV aerial fell off recently in high wind, and this is why the lean was noticed. Some small pieces of masonry have fallen into a fireplace.

Very reliable and professional team. Knocked down dividing wall between two small reception rooms to create one large room. Work was carried out to exactly the time and cost quoted, perfectly finished and mess kept to a minimum. Would definitely use again.

I have a carport with an adjoining storage shed to the side of my property. The structure is T&G concrete panels with a corragated metal roof and partition between the carport and the shed. The structure has two double window frames which I need removed and I need the partition moved back and reattached to the structure. The frame is in place for the partition and I have the hooks to attach it too but will requre it to be bolted to the ground (concrete) possibly with brackets. For the windows, they are positioned approximately 1 T&G panel down and 2 T&G panels up, each panel including the windows are held in place with bolts which are a bit rusty so may need to be cut through and replaced. In place of the window i have spare panels which need to be secured - its approximately 1 and a half of a panel per double window, so maximum of 4 panels (2 per window) to be put in place. The panels arent too heavy, not sure of the exact size but they are small enough for one person to handle.

I need a quote for the repair/rebuilind of an exterior garden wall. It is a low blockwork wall which runs around the front of the garden and extends out to the back of the property. It has been damaged at the front by a tree root, so probably the whole front needs re-building, the walled garden at the back is brick and has just become unstable throughout the winters.

Hi there, we are looking for somebody to do the following kitchen renovation. We need one wall knocked through with a new RSJ. Another side wall knocked out with a new RSJ and build up on one side to make kitchen square. As the current wall is only single skin. Complete new roof with 2 small velux windows and a complete skim of walls and ceilings to make good. We have access to a good carpenter and plans for the new kitchen however will consider the builder doing it if it comes within budget. We need the job done asap and would love someone to start asap. Alternatively the jon must be complete by mid-end of april at the latest. We believe that the job should be 3-4 weeks maximum. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Rebekah.
