Have been told it needs 'TANKING' I'm not sure. Still has dirt floor, and walls need sealing/plastering. I believe that is causing the damp mustiness. Would like it done asap as it is a redundant space and would like to use it.

Visited twice to measure and make sure only materials needed were ordered. Explained all aspects of work going to be carried out. Three members of 'PB' that worked on the basement were great! Cleaned every eve post work and were very friendly. Highly recommend
A complete renovation of a two bedroom terest house. Main jobs include. Renovation of a small 10m by 4m Garden. The complete gutting and reinstolation of the kitchen and the whole house replastered (where needed).

Brick Chimney showing signs of weather damage. Ideally would like to get repaired as soon as possible, before wetter weather sets in. Need advice on potential costs and repairs necessary. Minor repairs to guttering could be added to work if reasonable, whilst access is available. Happy to discuss.

I know that this job isn't underpinning/foundations but nothing else seemed to fit the job we need doing.
Erect scaffolding to rear of house. Hack off render (tyrolene) to gable end. Remove and replace lintels and cill from upstairs window. Make good plaster internally round window. Then re-render gable end with sand and cement. Other tyrolene at side of house may need work but would be replaced with tyrolene not sand and cement. Paint all external walls at rear of house.
We have been really impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Canna Construction. They guys have done a great job, time keeping has been impressive and we are really pleased with the finished job.

We are very pleased with the work completed - the kitchen and bathroom have been completely transformed! Nigel used a team of experts and he and his colleagues were very easy to talk to, were extremely understanding in dealing with an old person living in an old house and completely trustworthy. The only downside was that the work was delayed by a week and it took longer than expected.
Looking to modernise every room in the property as well as revamp bathrom and tile kitchen.
I was delighted with the end product. Very dynamic and talented team of builders. Crucially, Shaun and his team were honest and transparent in their dealings and I would not hesitate using them again in the future.

we had new render on front of property in December 2011 after damp appeared internally. The wall in our bedroom was then replastered, papered and painted but we are still seeing damp patches.
