Kitchen / Dining Room wall removed and the good news is that the steel beam is satisfactory, unfortunately the beam hasn't been installed onto stone pads and these will need to be installed to avoid over-stressing the thermal blockwork. All calculations and a sketch of stone pads is available. The work in progress will need to be photographed for sign off by Gary Williams (Cardiff Building Regs Surveyor).
Timing: Within 2 weeks
I would reccommend using them and will do so again myself.

a single rear ext under 15met to include bathroom and new kitchen which would be re designed the ext is within 3met of sewer so would have to go under level of sewer for foundations french upvc doors one large velux window one window to bathroom.planning approved biulding notice served, budget 22k total.
After a promising start to our extension it rapidly went into decline,lots of promises totally unreliable and unfinished jobs which have had to be completed by other builders, for such a small and basic build there have been constant problems and the whole experience has been very stressful. Have made so many phone calls texts and even a visit to own home but to no avail, we are 9 mths in and have jobs still outstanding and will now have to pay another builder to complete work. We are so very disappointed

Leaking roof utility room roof, needs a replacement and some plasturing work
We are v. pleased with the replacement polycarbonate roof. Mathew quoted and carried out the job as planned he did an excellent job. The recent wet weather has been a good test for the replacement roof. Also all the rubbish was removed. Top marks we wouldn't hesitate recommending Mathew to friends.

I'm not sure
I have a small, groundfloor flat with french doors leading out to a garden. I would like a conservatory but am not sure if it would be possible given the dimensions of the property. If not I would like a full length bay created with a door for access. This would extend my lounge enough to fit furniture better. I do not know what the regulations are and need advice.
