I was dubious about using a online company, But these guys turned up and told me exactly the same as my surveyor. They didnt add any extra jobs on and the price was below what my surveyor suggested what it may cost. They arrived ontime and didnt stop untill finished they left no mess. And my surveyor checked their work and was astounded at the quality and price. I will be using the services of this company for any future works.

We live in a 2 bedroom terraced house and would like to soundproof 2 downstairs walls (living room and kitchen) and 2 upstairs walls (bedrooms). The bedrooms are easier to achieve as there is space to build a false wall to include lots of soundproofing plaster board and/or insulation. The living room and kitchen are more tricky as the front door means there isnt much room to build out. However knocking back to the brick in the living room, decibel boarding and plaster should be possible and boarding and replastering in the kitchen should be possible? We have had one quote already which seems quite high...! Also we would like the living room replastered. We are expecting our first baby so the work needs to be completed before the end of June...!
