5m x 3.5m 2 rooms good condition
I will try and summarise this in a few lines, however, I may find it hard as the Company (Mark) were absolutely superb. Firstly after submitting my job (garage conversion into separate living area / utility) I was contacted by Mark within a short time frame and the following day he was round to price the job in hand. That same day I was emailed the quote which I found to be extremely fair and competitive. I thereafter accepted the price and was given a date for works to start. Later that week joinery work commenced and the bulk (85%) was completed in 2 days with no inconvenience to myself. Other works (bricklaying, plumbing & electrics) commenced, which was organised by myself - however Mark can sort this out too if need be. During this time Mark was holidaying abroad and to my amazement, I received several text messages from him wishing progress reports - now that is service and I am sure not many tradesmen will do that!! On his first day back to work at the house the remaining joinery work was wrapped up by lunch. To summarise, Mark turns up when he says, very approachable, accommodates any last minute changes and gives you a first class end product. So the advice I give is don't waste your time with other quotes as Mark is your man. Cheers Mark.

I have a building warrant and architect in place. Two walls in a ground floor property need to be removed so steel supports have to be out in place. The walls are approx 2 metres x 1 metre and the new wall is approx 2 metres. Plans are available. The property was built in 1904.
