I propose to construct a log cabin from kit and include a toilet, shower and sink. I need foundations (probably concrete raft) and all groundworks for water supply and connection to mains drainage. The site is flat with fairly good access. We would like to start immediately. Total area of foundations is approximately 35 sq mtr. Site is in Bredfield, Suffolk.

We require a number of small jobs doing: boxing in of pipes, meters, boiler; a built-in wardrobe in loft conversion; pipe repair; electric wall lights to be replaced with new fittings (and one to be moved slightly); small exterior paint job on dormer windows; an interior glazed door to be fitted; new glazing to current front door.
All in all, small jobs to bring the property up to good standard ready to put on the market. Am looking for this work to be completed as soon as possible. Would estimate 3 to 4 day's worth of work in all.
