I have a small utility room at the side of the house, behind the garage. It is essentially a side passage with a wooden frame on top with a wooden door leading to the garden. I would like a more robust roof, small extension to the rear with a new door onto the garden. I would like plumbing extended from the Kitchen so that I can move the washing machine out there. The structure is approximately 12ft long by 4ft wide at the widest point
Peter and his small team built a small utility room on the side of my house. We are very pleased with the result and the effort that Peter and his guys put in. They worked hard and for long hours. They represent very good value for money.

internal wall building 3mx2.5 with sound proffing and skimming, minor demolition. New dor building (where a door used to be but blocked over) its a 2 up 2 down victorian teraced, making loung and dinging room seperate again. electrical light switches to add. electric plug sockets roughly 5 new in 3 different rooms
Very good - fast quick - to quote - even threw in a couple of extras for free - talks you through it so you don't have doubt about the work he does. Very friendly, considers your working hours and tries to keep clean afterwards. I recommend.

Need to knock some of the wall to add 2 doors leading into another room. One room will be en suite and another a seperate room. So from my bedroom i can access the bathroom and room 2. In total i will have 3 doors from my room. Also need to add a partition in the second room seperating the ensuite and room 2. Need someone will experience will structural work as i'm not sure if the wall in question is load bearing.
