"As this was our first experience of having building work down we thought we would use someone from this site. We met up with Benham construction (Wayne & Kevin) a couple of times and were very impressed by them and decided to proceed using Benham Construction. They started nearly straight away and the work progressed. The work carried out was of a high standard and good value for money. They are friendly, punctual and very efficient and I would not hesitate to use this company again for any future projects. The house and garden was left very clean and tidy at the end of each day and they did everything possible for the minimum of disruption to the household. i.e. keeping the washing machine going via temp plumbing fittings. All together I would highly recommend this company."
