Although the quality of work was good, I did have to pick him up on using materials that were of lesser quality than those specified. However, when challenged on this , he always made the corrections. It sometimes appeared that he hadn't properly studied the drawings provided. Sean

Have architects drawings, building regs approval and available funds. Current builder delaying project and wants to increase cost.
WEPS took six weeks to complete my bathroom extension which was the time scale they had promised. I want to convert a Victorian house which has 3 rooms in the ground floor and 3 double bed/1 single bed rooms in the 1st floor, to convert the house in to 3 flats. The 3rd flat is created by utilising the loft space for 1 bed flat. The work involves drawing plans, obtaining planning permission and comleating(complete decoration/painting, boiler, radiators, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms etc.) the flats as ready to rent.
