"This review relates to a two-storey extension added to my detached Victorian cottage. The first and most important thing to say is that the project was finished on time and on budget. He was a pleasure to have on site. He was always upbeat and worked very accurately and punctually. He matched into the existing building, helping me to pick a suitable brick. He exceeded building regulations in places where he thought it would benefit the house. He also proved to be a skillful project manager. The tradesmen he brought onto the project were superb. The carpenters, were immensely skillful in tying in the existing roof to the new extension. They were also a pleasure to work with. Any changes I requested were met with a can-do attitude. The roofers did a good job and gave a very fair price for renewing all the slates on the back of the house. The plasterers and screeders were first rate, and I was very pleased with their work. In conclusion, he didn't miss a day, was always available by phone for any questions that I had, and was always courteous and polite. Highly recommended."

"So far, Nigel has completed practically everything we asked of him on this job (completing a half started wood conservatory). He installed all of the glass and the locking system on the doors and windows. He has installed all the guttering and built a step from conservatory to patio. The only work we are still waiting for completion on is the plasterboarding of the walls, and this is because we need an electrician to run some cabling through for lighting and power, before the rest of the work can be continued. Nigel was extremely reliable completing the first part of this job in less than a week. He also came in under his original quote. Friendly, reliable, affordable and full of sound advice - he suggested using plasterboard on the walls when I showed reluctance to paint or plaster the brickwork. Indeed we were so delighted with the work, we've asked him to look at a couple of other projects as well."
