"Paul was very friendly and approachable. He explained the options available for the job in a mostly clear and concise way - mostly because the explainations were mostly jargon free which I am not interested in hearing. A bit surprising was the fact Paul didn't bring a tape measure to measure up the job!! That [very minor issue] aside the work was carried out to time and budget and Paul left next to no mess. The quality of the work appears excellent. Recommended thoroughly!! Thanks Paul."
