I have a flat roofed house which has developed two wet patches on the external back and side walls just below the window of the upper floor. There are no internal pipes on that side of the house.
The roof was replaced in march 2012 and cavity wall insulation done in February 2012.
I need an inspection to identify where the leak is coming from and repair if necessary.
arrived very quickly and had a good look at the problem was able to identify the problem.

i have got water damaged joist from a leak in the ceiling and would like a builder to have a look at it to see if it' needs replacing

I have a poorly constructed little ground floor extension at the back of my house with a flat roof which is leaking badly. It could be the drain which runs along the back of the extension, or the roofing itself. Because of the current weather, it needs fixing fairly urgently.

He is reliable and friendly. He knows his job and was able to tell me in details what needs to be done and how he was going to do it. I must say he is value for money (VFM) and would employ his services in future.
