The unit that my shop is in,a dangerous state of repair as the unit was left derelict for 4 years and there was a leaky roof so the floor became very damp. The floor is a suspended floor and unfortunately now the floor is so weak holes are appearing.
Excellent workmanship, really courteous and polite and they really can't do enough for you, they even helped to put my shop back together when they had finished. Brow Builders delivered everything they promised and more AND they finished on time! Thanks for everything, highly recommended.Jayne

He abandoned the job within seven days after he received 10,000 pounds and he refused to continue the work and he didn't give me any reciepts for the money that he recieved. Also he has not returned the overpayment that he has recived from me. He is also late on the schedule of the work however he is quick getting the money from me and he left all of the building side open and unsecured and also refused to answer my phone calls. I am thinking to take legal action against him for the money that i have over-paid and for the damages he caused on my driveway and for my delay & losses.nada

(there should be no change to the cupboard depth of the adjoining room)
2. Replace coving along new/revealed deeper wall.
3. Remove/disconnect or blank off the existing down-lighting (spot lights) to the right side of the room/where the new wardrobes will be fittted.
4. Install central light, to be in proportion to the left side lighting and the new wardrobes. Original : Remove spot lights along edge of ceilings and replace with centered light in the middle of two rooms. Remove plaster board wall and decorate with existing wall and coving.

One of the chimneys is unused and is causing damp problems in room below and has caused a cracked ceiling, so maybe removal of that chimney is preferable. Also ceiling in another room where chimney has already been removed has just partially fallen down (About 1 sq meter) so that needs patching/replacing
