"He abandoned the job within seven days after he received 10,000 pounds and he refused to continue the work and he didn't give me any reciepts for the money that he recieved. Also he has not returned the overpayment that he has recived from me. He is also late on the schedule of the work however he is quick getting the money from me and he left all of the building side open and unsecured and also refused to answer my phone calls. I am thinking to take legal action against him for the money that i have over-paid and for the damages he caused on my driveway and for my delay & losses."
