"We have issued a breech of contract notice and terminated the contract. This builder quoted 3 weeks to complete a project and we are now into the 4th week with not even 1 days work done. They do not work in the rain, amongst other excuses, nor do they seem to work full days. They have damaged the damp proof course which now needs to be replaced by a competent professional. All in all a terrible experience and we are glad they are no longer doing the work. Stay well away from them."

"I am just writing to say how delighted I am with our extension and the efficiency with which it was carried out. I found Peter and Greg to be reliable and outstanding in their standard of work. They have been courteous, have had a high work ethic and worked tirelessly to get the project completed. They kept to the timescales they specified and dealt with any unforeseen problems professionally and efficiently. We appreciated that we were always kept informed of progress, that everyone involved was open to dealing with our questions and that when we requested additional work we received helpful and useful advise. Our neighbours have all commented on what a very good job they have all done and were impressed by their team tidying up at the end of each day. Everyone who has seen the extension has been very appreciative of it. We would have no hesitation in using their company in the future or recommending it to anyone else and if ever we get around to our ambition of having a house built from scratch we know where to come.
