"Overall a good job, but unhappy about some aspects. Did a bit of a rush job to get everything done in time, and hence newly fitted skirtings in living room started pulling away from the wall and newly tiled kitchen floor a mess. Tiled and grouted same day so tiles now loose and grout coming out. Phoned to get them back to redo kitchen floor, but with no positive response. Have to pay someone else to redo kitchen floor."
