Veranda at rear of house with aslopping tiled roof. the corner support post has rotted at the bottom and needs repairing or replacing. The post approximatley 6 inches sqare and seven foot high.

Remove and replace skriting board - approx 15 metres length.
Put 4 double sockets currently in the skirting into the wall.
Remove plasterboard wall (2.5m wide)to the rear of the room to create more space, box in waste pipe and reposition radiator.
Plaster rear wall 2.5m wide around window.
Remove window frame in side wall and fill in to match external wall - partially filled in already.
Remove and replace radiator under front window and reposition pipework.
The workmanship was very good. Value for money resonable. They worked quickly and without fuss. They could have left the place tidier but overall very satisfied with the job.Paul
