The rear wall in my back yard has gradually come away from my kitchen extension and it is now not properly attached. I would like a builder to give their opinion on how best this may be fixed. Budget depends on what work is needed.
Break up 1m x 2.5m x 50mm deep concrete slab outside the back door to garden and remove. Replace with 2m x 2.5m concrete slab. Add single step to conservatory with top and replace the bricks around the drain, all in the back garden.
Arrived exactly when agreed, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

I would like to remove the wall between my kitchen and dining room. I believe this wall is load bearing, constructed usinf blockwork. Once supported I would then like a plastered finish. Happy to have nibs left also. The wall is approx 2.5m wide and has a door within it at one end. The actual wall width to be knocked down is around 1.6m wide. There would be a radiator to remove and a light switch on the kitchen side, and a double socket and light switch on the dining room side. Would also like advice on building inspector/ structural eng. fees etc or whether this could be included in the final price. Thanks in advance I would like some advice before deciding who will supply fittings/materials
