We want a 3 x 5 metre extension to the rear of the house, it will have a pitched roof with 2 velux windows. It will have one window and a double French style door leading to the garden. We already have drawings completed and planning permission is in progress. This job will involve moving the soil pipe coming from the bathroom so that it does not end up in the middle of our kitchen. The boiler will also need to be relocated.
