THE INTERNAL ALTERATIONS NEED TO BE DONE BY 9TH NOV !!!!!
THE WETROOM NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
We need internal alterations: lounge / dining room converted back to 2 separate rooms. We also need a kitchen reconfigured initially and then replaced - including a new window - but the replacement isn't as urgent as the reconfiguration.
We need a utility room converted to an accessible wet room. We need to raise the floor and the roof, replace windows and move a manhole.
We needed work done professionally and fast. Dave succeeded on both counts and was very sympathetic to our situation. He made several suggestions we hadn't considered and he was proved to be right. We plan to have work done in the future and would definately use him again.

The way which I work is I provide/buy all the materials and you will do the labour. I pay he full balance for the labour at the end of the job and I need an official receipt to a headed paper. I am a kind of perfectionist and I need attention to detail from all staff who will work for me. I also would like to know the cost of all labour from the beginnig because I don't want a surprise at the end. Hope to hear from you and I can show you the property. Job needs to start asap.
