Reviews of Builders in Denton, Newcastle upon Tyne

Have an existing porch approx 3m x3m, flat roof. Brickwork and roof damaged by damp so was considering rebuilding it with a lean to roof. Open to suggestions.
Discussed solutions for the problem and what would be more beneficial for us cost wise as a suppose to suggesting the most expensive option. Very reliable, easy to contact, communicated well with us we always knew what was happening and when. The guys working were thoughtful around neighbouring properties and cleaned up very well after themselves. Highly recommended!

Unsold lead, updated details: We have a utility room at the back of the garage which we'd like made slightly larger so we can fit a downstairs toilet. The flat roof will probably need replacing with a pitched roof. The extension, roofing and plumbing jobs do not all need to be done by the same tradesman. Original: Size of extension: 1 room Height of extension: 1 floor Room(s) to be in the extension: bedroom(s), toilet
We have a utility room at the back of the house, beyond the garage which we'd like made slightly larger so we can fit a downstairs toilet and the flat roof replacing with a pitched roof. We also want the bedroom that is currently above the garage extended out approx 2' onto the utility room roof. If the upstairs extension would require new foundations below I will probably forget that part of the job but we'd still like a quote for the downstairs work. I'm not sure if planning permission is required for this job and would like some advice I'm not sure if Building Regulations approval is required for this job and would like some advice Style of property: Modern

I have a current extension which was originally a lean to conservatory installed by the previous house owners & currently has a felt roof with Velux windows. It currently juts out from the house about 8 feet & I would like to take it out up to 10 feet 7 install new double glazed units & french doors & replace the roof with a tiled roof ( recycling the Velux windows prefereably). There are a couple of other itmes which would best be discussed on site.
Remove interior wall between kitchen and dining room. Timing: Within 2 months
Replacement of proch roof.
Require a canopy fitting above front door
We are a small community hub that has a café which helps to fund the project, we are having a makeover and would love to have a serving window for the café installed into a supporting wall, this will involve knocking the hole through the brick wall and installing the steel support, we are on a very limited budget but can offer free marketing to over 1700 web hits per month and a free section in our community magazine which goes out to 5000 homes in the outer west area, as well as include your company in a press release that is being put together for the prelaunch, if you think you can help in this please let me know many thanks
