2. Remove 2 fireplaces and re-fit one of them.
3. Cut out some plaster and render to correct salt penetration
I was very satisfied by the work done for us by New Space. NewSpace staff were very pleasant, punctual and competent. They brought in additional tradesmen (electrician,plumber and pasterer) who all completed their tasks to a high standard. I have no reservations recommending this company and intend to use them again in the near future. I have not given this company 5 stars across all categories becaause the job took a day longer than was originally quoted.

We have a projecting extension to our kitchen which leads on to an exterior loo and finally a shed. It has a sloping roof. Above the break of the sloping roof where the extension begins from the main wall of the house thebrickwork needs repointing it is letting water in. The extension needs some repair aroun the upper corners where the brickwork has become unstable and it also needs a new roof.
Oakleaf came to repair a wall to the rear of our property and to re-roof an extension that was leaking. However the first rain revealed that the leak had become worse rather than better. Have contacted the company several times and despite promising to come and undertake repairs at least twice they haven't turned up or phoned to say they weren't coming. We still have buckets in the kitchen catching the incoming rain and no response from Oakleaf. We definitely would not recommend them.

Need to insulate the garage as there is a bedroom above it which gets quite cold. Would also like to see if we can install a toilet in the garage.
Re-insulated a bedroom ceiling for us - did a good job at a reasonable price.
Also replaced our fascia boards and again did a good job at a fair price.
