Repair Areas that need to be repaired: wall / ceiling Work relates to the following room(s):
The job is to fix some 8x4 hardboard sheets over loose ceiling plaster in a few places, that I is dropping from a height of about 20ft. , hazardous to us working below. My guess is about 4-5 sheets are all thats would be needed....the problem is getting up there to fix the sheets. I would like some advice before deciding who will supply fittings/materials

Pointing needs touching up / re-doing at front of house. The problem patch is above 2nd floor bed room window. The property next door seems to have had some similar work done. The job is rather small, but not urgent, some dampness has come though into the bed room, so I want to get it fixed before I re-paper and paint. Recent heavy reains have shown up a imperfections in the brick work.
