Some Electrical Work
Fit New kitchen & Bathroom Timing: Within 2 weeks
Macoun Properties Limited left us with a beautiful new home. Their renovation work was of the highest standard and no task, large or small, was a problem, including additional jobs not originally requested. The tradesmen were hardworking and cheerful, while Managing Director Richard smoothly coordinated each stage of the project and was always available to respond to any queries. I would heartily recommend the services of Macoun Properties Limited.

A small rear extension, single story to a terraced house in Sandyford. Wall (brick or breeze block) to single story height then 'lean-to' roof glazed with glass. No planning permission yet applied for, plans will need to be drawn up. New room will require electrical connections for utilities, plumbing to allow for sink installation plus extra radiator off existing CH. Centre of yard has drain for rainwater which will be very close to new rear wall.
I require a small one storey extension to the rear of a terraced property, the extension is to the existing kitchen.
concreting rear yard
fitting new window by creating opening in brickwork
Demolition of garage.Buld new external wall in utility room that currently connects to garage. New wall to include window and door. Wall with old window to be bricked up. New wall to replace exsisting garage door.
Removal of old kitchen and wall tiles etc.(complete gutting!) New kitchen to be installed. Work also to include plastering etc. New window to be installed in kitchen.
Our irregular shaped duck coop which is big enough to walk around and is timber framed with wire netting and roofed, requires a concrete floor that is flush with the timber edges. We will clear the space so that it is ready for a rubble preparation and the laying of concrete. Should be no more than a days work.
Laying of a concrete floor in an outdoor covered Duck coop measuring approximately 5m x 3m(actual shape is slightly odd). Possible drainage may also be needed( you could quote us any extra needed for drainage when viewing the job)
to rip out an re-fit existing kitchen. to take down and re-build utility room with skylights, ribbon windows and french doors. to install new boiler, underfloor heating and tiles.

We have a 2 up 2 down terrace house in newcastle and we'd like an extension to the rear of the property. of about 3meters by 5 meters (I think). I want to make the kitchen bigger and have a glass roof over the extension. Would also like an additional window in the kitchen.
I'm not sure
staircase ideally to match existing stairs
Extensions to 3 bed semi in heaton.
On existing garage build new bedroom, on new bedroom build in access via stairs.
Downstairs existing front room remains the same. Back of the house will be knocked through. Kitche will be extended out to side by approx 10 foot. Whole back of the house will then be extened out via a new 'glass box' extension, for which foundations will be needed. Glass wall will be sourced from another company. Kitchen will be rebuilt. Possibility of downstairs bathroom added at back of house between kitchen extension and existing back of garage wall, which would need to be knoced through. Architect plans will be provided for build
