8x18ft garage 8x8 utility approx
insulate walls needs fireproof celing and floating floor electrics already in place.utility wanting a toilet pipe work and water already in place also a floating floor needed and moving outside upvc door higher so that the door can open with new fllor height.
We never had any problems he was upfront and honest, completed the job to a good standard.I would recommend him to my friends knowing he would do a good job. natasha

I live in Whickham and I am looking to have a single storey extension built to my house to add a downstairs toilet. I have the plans already made and all permissions have been approved. I am looking for estimates to carry out this work.
Create doorway through a none load bearing wall between hall and kitchen and fit internal door.
We have a large chimney breast in our living room and we are wondering if we can knock in a hole to create a real fire place.

We currently have a utility area and a back passage was that leads to the garage that creates a narrow back corridor. We also have a separate boiler room that can only be accessed from externally but is next to the utlity. Ideally we woud like to open out the utility into the boiler room to make one big room and also take away the dividing wall separating the corridor to the garage.
