insulate walls needs fireproof celing and floating floor electrics already in place.utility wanting a toilet pipe work and water already in place also a floating floor needed and moving outside upvc door higher so that the door can open with new fllor height.
We never had any problems he was upfront and honest, completed the job to a good standard.I would recommend him to my friends knowing he would do a good job.
