Reviews of Builders in Wideopen, Newcastle upon Tyne
1 December 2013
Unsold lead, updated details: Plans are drawn up and available. Planning application is in. Await confirmation apps 5th July. Original: Proposed garage conversion and extension, kitchen extension. Utility and wc of kitchen. Roof conversion. 2 double rooms and bathroom. Rear Dorma front velux.
Dave and the team including Scot the foreman took on my build with enthusiasm and a pride. They were professional. I lived in the building during the entire time with my 2 dogs. They never once left me without services and relative comfort. The build was on time and to a remarkable standard. Liaising with the building inspector was easy. Any problems encountered on the way were sorted out easily and efficiently. The cost was as per the quote with NO hidden extras. I highly recommend Weardale Construction.
