I'm interested in building a conservatory on the back of my house. I'm thinking about 4x4m with glass roof. One side to be mainly brick with high glazing as it looks out at a fence about 3ft away. The garden rises slightly away from the house so there may be some work needed to retain ground (although it will be less than 1ft high) and put a path round (chippings would be fine for the path as we have these elsewhere in the garden). I have currently rosewood finished glazing to the house with white finish inside. The house is built on a raft, so I don't know if that affects how the conservatory is built.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Paul and his team. They gave a written quotation, took us to see examples of their work, turned up when they said they would, kept us fully informed about the progress of the job - all with good humour and willingness to adapt to any changes we wanted. We are looking to buy a house in Washington village and would like to reconfigure the lay out at the back of the house. Knock a wall down and maybe add a utility room to the current kitchen. We are having a structural survey carried out next week so would like a quote for the kitchen work.
Even though John did not get a chance to quote for my job, due to a very bad survey, He gave me some good advice and I would defintiely use him again when I need some work carried out.

The 2 guys who came to do the quote were very thorough and attentive to all the minor details on the plans. Although we didn't actually use the company in the end due to a change in a work situation I would certainly recommend to friends
