Wanted builder to build 2 story extension just the ground work and brick work lay internal drains build extension in 2 skins ultra blocks and insulate cavity build internal walls first floor put on roof including lead flashing
fit first floor join and lay tong and groove chip board fit upvc fascia and guttering round house open up landing window in to room on the first floor. I have had a few quotes but they are coming in way over my budget we are prepared to take down the out buildings ready for the builder and we will do the internal walls our selves I have an electrican and a plaster and some one who will render the outside walls also I have a plumber who will fit out the bathrooms I also have a capinter the down stairs will consist of a wet room and a new shed and another room off the wet room which will be turned in to a bedroom and the first floor will become a bedroom with an on suite is there any one out there that can help me do this i am not sure of the mesurments I do have the plans and they have been passed.

great guys did what I wanted and more with in my budget. trust worthy. i had to go out and I worked alot of the time and had to leave the house open you can really trust thease guys to be left alone in your home to carry on with the work no worrys at all, I will look forward to you all coming back and doing my garden wall next year, will call you soon when I am ready I hope the other customers are looking after you all and hope you are not missing the bacon butties too much. the kichen is a secondary kicthen and is 4ftx11ft long.
It is used only for frying food.the job will entail removing existing tiles and plasterboard and then reboard 1 wall and then plaster whole area.also a sevice hatch needs to be built in the ceiling for access to the shower basin directly above.Also to remove 2 existing door frames and refit new door frames and doors which I will supply.
there are units inside that will need to be removed before the work
can start. fitting of new units will be a seperate quote.I have had a qoute do this work for a £1000 but the builder is busy for the next 4 months, but I need the work to be carried out starting on the 17th February as my wife is away for 2 weeks and I need to complete the work before she gets back.
I am prepared to consider qoutes around or slighly higher than previously mentioned mentioned.
I still have the qoute mentioned above for a detailed description of the work and how much it will cost.
