Steve responded quickly to quote the job, happy to amend the quote as asked, and would use again for future workGillian
The list of tasks required are as follows: In the Kitchen / Diner: close off current outside garden door; Damp repair beside existing door; Block off doorway between Kitchen and Bathroom; Ceiling repair; removal of 2 non supporting walls. In hallway, create new doorway to under stairs cupboard.
Work to be carried out on Ground floor of an early 1980's extension to a 1950's semi-detached property.
Despite sustaining an injury the weekend before beginning our job, Steve was able to organise replacement workers who did a good job of filling in for him. Our only problem was that the job took a lot longer than originally quoted, mostly due to a supplier completely missing the mark on delivery of the bi-fold doors, but also because of trying to organise workers who were not familiar with the original quote which led to a miscommunication on the finishing of the walls which in turn caused a problem with the fit of the kitchen. Communication through the course of the job could have been better, but we are very happy with the end result. The site was left tidy and clean at the end and we would hire Steve again.Ross
wall is approx 2.5 m long but already has 2 openings in it.need rest of the wall removed to create a larger opening into other room.
Mark was very efficient and finished the job very quickly.
There was good communication at all times and i would happily use his services in the future.ian

Daryl and his team were outstanding. From quote to finish they were timley, professional, easy to communicate with and ultimately delievered a job of fantastic quality on time. We would highly recommend Daryl to anyone looking to undertake building/home improvement work, to the extent that Daryl is currently quoting for friends and family.Beverley
small extension to existing kitcen with sliding doors to garden, flat roof with domed rooflights - finsihed wooden floor and electrics etc. Preliminary drawings available
excellent quote - started on time - kept us informed on progress - very good team of friendly workmen - clean tidy work and the completed extension is everything we hoped for. It is well constructed, well finished and looks great because it blends in with the rest of the house.Roger

I have a bathroom with approx. 2.8 by 2.75 meters to refurbish in an end terrace which is 60 years old. The bath, the basin and the old tiles are gone. The floor of the bathroom is the old floor boards (bathroom is in the first floor) and the walls are plaster. New toilet, basin, bath, corresponding taps, water pipes are to be replaced. Three walls and the floor are to be tilled, and one wall and the ceiling are to be skimmed and painted. The door frame and door also need to be replaced. No one leaves in the house. I don’t know if it is useful information but the refurbishment of the kitchen might follow.
