Arrived on date given and very friendly. Work carried out as requested will use again. Highly recommended.

I have an ingress of significant moisture through a small lean-to tiled roof over a bay window. The roof may have been treated with fibreglass fairly recently by a previous proprietor of the property. The roof urgently needs to be made sound.
Mr Davies contacted me within a short time of my placing my request with Rated People and arranged to visit to provide a quotation on the following day. His price seemed reasonable and he agreed to undertake the job (upgrading the waterproofing of a roof above a bay window) the next day. Once again he and his colleage arrived promptly and seemed to undertake the job with great efficiency. He was effusive in stressing that if anything should seem at fault he would undertake to correct it. I can thoroughly recommend his service.
