I need the internal walls in the loft built up to separate from neighbours as they are only 1/2 built. Would also like the loft boarded. Builder to supply and fit.
Brilliant

A gas radiator was taken out and the area was not bricked up properly and not plastered up. So it needs this work doing.
Did more than bargained for at a good affordable cost, thank you.

Damp in wardrobes suspect condensation problems. Require airbrick fitted inside wardrobe through to external wall to aid ventilation. This is not a chimney repair - I had to include a specialism and nothing fitted the job.
Will definitely use Trevor and his son again.

remove a supporting wall to make a through lounge, bricking up existing doorway to leave just one doorway.
I found [COMPANY_NAME] to be reliable and clean workers. Darren was a very clean builder who made sure that he cleaned up after any work was carried out. I would use his services again. Lisa Cowley

Looking to convert integral garage into kitchen/diner which will require the floor raising with concrete float and membrane, the frontage being bricked up with a window plus a new electric fuse board to accomodate the additional electrical wiring required. Budget permitting, looking at having staircase installed on landing to open up access to the loft area also.
