Kitchen needs renovating. Blocking up a door and replacing with window, old window needs to match new one so will also need replacing. Will need re-plastering and ceilings leveling as we have a slightly higher ceiling on the old part of the house than the newer extension.
Not essential but also a quote on getting a pitched roof put in to replace the flat roof to add light into the kitchen as blocking up the door will make the room slightly darker. Also under floor heating would be looked at unless a better solution can be suggested.
