"Wayne Penwright took 7 weeks to build my porch and canopy. He did not turn up when he said he would and he wanted an obsene amount of money upfront. He has left the job incomplete. I am now searching for someone else to finish the job although he has been paid all of the money he requested for the job. The guttering leaks and the window he put in is letting water through. He overcharged me for the job and bought trouble to my address when he failed to pay his sub contractors. I would not recommend him to anyone."
