There is an ingress of water from the bathroom down into the lounge. This problem has been ongoing since 2005. The sealant around the bath has been replaced several times, the bath has been re-stabilised, the bath panels have been replaced to stop any movement of the bath, but the problem has not been resolved. It seems to be worse when the shower is used, but the source of the problem is still not clear. Part of the ceiling of the lounge has now become bowed and needs attention. The two issues are the source of the leak and the state of the living room ceiling which both need addressing.
