garage currently attached to neighbours garage, want to rebuild attached to house, access from house into garage through side kitchen door, could use existing front of garage door and would also need access through an extra door into back garden. Currently have electricity in garage with chest fereezer out there but would also like to move washing machine from kitchen into garage so plumbing will be needed. aspects such as roofing etc to be discussed with builder. Also wish to completely refit kitchen once washing machine moved- have had a kitchen planner already drawn up plans for this but willing to replan with a different fitter.
very good job done worked to my plan exactly and made useful suggestions for improvements, friendly and hard working, enjoyed their tea and biscuits!
Would definitely use again.
