Very disappointed that you were able to provide only one contractor and will not use you again.

I'm not sure
Remove non-load bearing wall between WC and bathroom. Attach additional binder to current binder and attach to ceiling joists. Move bathroom doorway, make good and remove rubbish.
After getting them to quote for a smaller piece of work they ended up installing a whole new central heating system, fitting a new kitchen, fitting a new bathroom (including knocking Wc and bathroom into one), fitting new wc and basin, and plastering 4 rooms for us. They were very professional and worked to a very high standard from start to finish throughout the project. They were reliable and trustworthy, I would not hesitate to use them again. Just be sure to stock up on Chocolate Hob-Nobs before work starts!

I'm not sure
I live in a sea front house where the balcony has been boarded up and I want to restore it. I will need some wrought iron railing and a new internal door - oh and I want it doone by spring!
Ian and Dave did a great job restoring my balcony. They thought it through carefully, made suggestions and adapted to my changes of mind! They made everything work very well. They turned up on time and cleaned up afterwards.
