I'm not sure
removal of downstairs bath to double bedroom upstairs. New toilet, basin and shower to be fitted.
A Y was unreliable in his timekeeping, he was argumentative about what was required and what he had done, he threatened to walk off site unless he was paid more money up front to "buy materials". The quality of work was very substandard we have hot water filling the downstairs toilet systen and the pipework is all behind the tiles on the wall so repair is going to be very expensive. The final cost was nearly 60% more than the quoted price and on and on and on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
