Convert one bedroom (very approx 17ft by 15ft - not taking into account window bay) into two smaller bedrooms by splitting it along the length of the room. Partition wall will need building (with plenty of sound proofing!) There is a bay window at one end of the room. Electric will need re-arranging and additional lights and sockets installing. Might have to replace one radiator for two smaller ones. Will need to create small internal corridor for access to second bedroom. Will need additional door (if using existing door for one of the rooms). No plans, but have a sketch.

David rang me within half an hour of my posting, gave me a quote which was very competitive of which I accepted. He arranged to come the next day, which he did and at the allocated time. This was as good as it gets - from a limited plan Level House constructed a very beautiful building. They were always on time, if the weather was bad (on only 2 occasions - they phoned to inform) and they came each day until the job was done. The price that was quoted at the start, which was fair, was stuck to. The quality of the workmanship was of a very high standard - choices of materials were discussed and agreed. Level House were also great to have around and importantly were friendly and considerate with neighbours. You will not be disappointed and I would be happy for you to view the work they did for us if you are considering them for your job.

Terry and his collegue built a stud wall and arched two doorways for us. We were very pleased with the work and love our new rooms! We even changed our minds about the size of one of the arches once it had been built, they changed it for us the next day with no fuss. Clean and tidy workers. Very freindly and efficient. Terry is quoting us for more jobs. Would recommend to a friend.

I would like to convert a garage into a down stairs toilet and study/occasional bedroom. I need someone who can do a professional and high quality job.
Very professional and does everything possible to ensure that the client is satisfied. High standard of work and cannot fault his reliability. Also very flexible and went out of his way to do extra work. Uses high quality material and does work as if it were his own home. I would recommend him and will use him in future. We are very happy with our garage conversion and would highly recommend him!
