Bath needs to be moved and refitted properly so tha it sits beneath tiles (no retiling needed) In addition the hole in the sitting room ceiling that the leak has caused needs to be repaired - in the region of 1.5ft by 4ft will need to be replastered.

We chose these builders as they brought photos of previous extensions that they had done and were obviously proud of their work. We were not disappointed! From day 1 they offered a very professional service. Project management has been excellent - materials delivered, work started promptly, very quick progress, hard working, reliable, thorough and to high standards. Brick layer was very good and fast (4 weeks from 1st digging foundations to roof going on. Dan and Steve were very approachable and easy to talk to and were constantly seeking feedback to make sure we were happy with everything. They also had a good relationship with the building inspector who has visited the site regularly to give his input. Overall we are very pleased and would highly recommend DLS contruction to others.
