The job is: To create a new room (bathroom) in smaller bedroom in a 2 up/2 down terrace - so we need a new dividing wall, new window, and new door way (through end of other bedroom). Quote is to create the bathroom. Fitting the suite, tiling etc can happen later. Will be done in stages for economical reasons!
I rearranged the first visit well in advance. On the second I had the time wrong (by 1 hour), so I apologised ++ and asked him to return an hour later preferably, but that I wouldn't be long. I've called 3 times and my calls have been cut off or unanswered, and a text (with apology, again) ignored. I appreciate it's annoying that people have to rearrange and it's a wasted trip etc, but life is unpredictable, and telling the site there's been no chance to quote, whilst ignoring me is rather bizarre.

The downstairs bay window lead flashing has come away in several areas from the wall - the mortar has degraded. There is already water entering the property as a result. I need the mortar chopping out and the existing lead flashing re-attaching either using mortar or silicone or both.
Ryan did what he said he would and attended the job very quickly. The solution he provided was less expensive than I thought it would be.
