"Graham and his team were very enthusiastic, and for the larger part very skilled, absolutely cannot knock the plastering or Joinery, nor the roof works, the plumbing has had one or two minor issues which we resolved ourselves and the electrical works are spot on. The only sour point with this firm is the fact that they dont have a very good cashflow of there own, they expect everything to be paid up-front, not too much of an issue normally but it did lead to some friction, I would reccomend A1 to anyone with a job up to perhaps £30k in total value, i feel that beyond that Graham struggles, not in qulaity but in organisation. There were a couple of glitches....more to do with a couple of members of his team lacking in expertise rather than just bad work. Overall they were ok."
