Reviews of Builders in Knottingley, West Yorkshire
9 September 2012
At the front of my property I need to lower the ground level to 150mm below damp proof course and need to render at the bottom. Not a large area a builder started the work and dug a trench but has walked out on the job! We agreed a price of £200 for this work and seems to me as though its not a big enough job for him now. We need the work doing urgently as we need a receipt to prove the work has been done for the sale of our property. (small terraced house, so not a large area at all). Hope someone can help!!
Needed some work doing asap, gareth was able to attend the day after and completed the work to a good standard, very pleasant, polite and tidy. Would use again in future for other jobs.Louise

Extending a 2 bed semi to a 3 bed with ensuite, down stairs WC, storage and dinning room. There is currently a conservatory stood where the extension would be built. approx floor measurements wanted are 4m x 3m. Access to the rear garden via the extension, and the house is rendered and we would like the extension rendered also. Thanks

Demolish and remove old brick garage, build a new concrete base and brick garage with tiled roof. Remove some land, build a 3 ft by 60 ft retaining wall and block pave drive area
extend the garage to be level with the front of the house, and then knock through into the old garage, to make a larger kithcen diner, with a double bedroom over the top (over the full lenght of the house)
