Fantastic job on kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was remodeled with a wall knocked down. Completely new bathroom refit. Durham carried out the work to a high standard and we are very happy with the results. He was also very thoughtful and pleasant - we would recommend him for any job.

We had a kitchen extension build on our house in April-August 2012. We were very impressed with Richard's approach, always keeping us in contact by phone and email and providing us with all the details and options every step of the way. The work of Richard and his team were of excellent quality and they were all very approachable and hard working. The large patio and feature curved steps finish it off perfectly and I would have no hesitation in recommending ADD to any future potential customers.

Very polite, very prompt and very professional. Everything was planned carefully for us and discussed in as much detail as we needed so that we fully understood what was going to happen at each stage. Additionally, nothing was too much trouble. We asked for some additional small jobs to be done 'in and amongst' and these were no problem. Finally, the team cleaned up at the end of the job!

I have a porch at the front of my house that has been there since I moved in 4 years back. It looks like it was very poorly made originally and is even buckling under its own weight causing the window panes to slide slightly out of their frames. It's mainly made from wood (which is rotting slightly) and some panes of glass. I'm looking to have it fully demolished by a professional, and then have front door area finished off back to its original state (with some new concrete steps as the front door is about 40-50cm off the ground, and a wooden overhang finish above the door).
I highly recommend SDL - extremely happy with the job they did for me demolishing the porch on the front of my house, re-paving and steps that were built. All were of an extremely high standard with no issues whatsoever. Very professional, accommodating and flexible with my needs as well as being extremely friendly and easy to contact. I won't hesitate to contact them again for any future building work.

He came on a sunny day and gave a great quote even advising me not to have certain things done as it would be more expensive and unneccessary. He came the following day and worked through pouring rain so bad I had to lend him on of my husband's teeshirts and another jacket with a hood as he was drenched. He did a brilliant job and was so cheerful throughout that I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

the project was discussed and we were given a clear quote and plan of work to be done. the building team worked very hard and we also found them to be professional, tidy, considerate & reliable. the work was done in the time specified and cost the agreed price. I would recommend this company.
