We have a flat root garge from the late '70's which has leaks. We would like the roof replacing. It's a flat roof and is just made up of corrugated panels - not sure of the current material though.
Good work, done on time. Roof has not leaked since. Thanks

To close up existing doorway from landing to boxroom with stud-wall and open new doorway between boxroom and bedroom. Original door to be re-used.
Jim and his team turned up on time, ready to work. They tidied as they went and were mindful of the impact their work was having on the rest of the house. He was able to re-use some of the fittings and the job created a surprisingly small amount of waste. He was cheerful, friendly, interested in our project and open to last minute changes! The work was finished to a high standard and we feel we definately got good value for money. We will recommend Jim to anyone we know who is looking for a trustworthy builder and we have already asked him to quote for our next job.

not in any particular order of works... Remove radiator from wall. Cap off gas supply to original cooker location and relocate supply to new cooker location. Remove load bearing wall between dining room and kitchen, installing 3.2m steel beam for support as per structural survey report. Block up existing doorway into dining room as per structural survey report. Install new radiator onto new wall where original dining room doorway was. Relocate 1 existing double electrical wall socket and add 1 additional double electrical socket. Make good all kitchen walls and ceiling (re-plaster/skim)
The work undertaken was done to a high quality finish, the builders themselves were excellent, always on time and more than happy to accommodate our wishes. We would highly recommend this builder and we would be happy to use their services again.

The quote was very competetive and they suck to the agreed price. The work was done in the time specified. Nice guys who kept me informed about the job all the way through.

I need a brick garage building, existing garage to be knocked down

Alwoodley, LS17

Under £8,000
This project involves the removal of a garage door to be replaced with brickwork and a window (no foundations required). One side of the garage wall will require insulating as there is no breeze block/cavity insulation on that side. It also requires the removal of two internal non-load bearing walls and the removal of one small internal wall that supports a landed stairwell (hence the need for a supporting steel beam/RSJ). The project will then invoke making the garage space habitable by laying flooring on top of the existing concrete floor and placing 2-3 radiators in the space (may require channelling in the concrete). The house is detached and was built in the mid 1990's.
