Hollow out the chimney breast in the downstairs lounge. Leaving the side walls for structure but taking out the front wall including fitting suitable lintel as high up as possible. Don't need it boarding or plastering just taking back. Extracted bricks can be stacked in the back garden so no need to remove them or hire a skip. Visits welcome to inspect before quoting.
James and Gareth both fantastic lads, have done a good job. Getting them back in to do some more work. Would recommend.

I'm not sure
I am extending a amall kitchen in a 1930's semi where the size will be 12ft by 8ft. I need someone who can dig the foundations and do the brickwork up to damp course level.
We recently used MSB Building to build our kitchen extension and they did an excellent job. They were extremely reliable, good value and the quality of work was also very good. Martin organised all the materials / deliveries etc so it took the hassle away from us. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use again.
