Job Hollow out the chimney breast in the downstairs lounge. Leaving the side walls for structure but taking out the front wall including fitting suitable lintel as high up as possible. Don't need it boarding or plastering just taking back. Extracted bricks can be stacked in the back garden so no need to remove them or hire a skip. Visits welcome to inspect before quoting.

Involving: - Knocking down non load-bearing block wall from box-room above stairs for access into the to be created cupboard. - Boarding off area above stairs on a slope keeping the 2m building regs headroom as the stairs go down. - Finish off the inside of the cupboard with plastering and possibly painting - Add shelves into cupboard - Rebuild wall in box room with door access into the cupboard

Budget I'm not sure

Job I am extending a amall kitchen in a 1930's semi where the size will be 12ft by 8ft. I need someone who can dig the foundations and do the brickwork up to damp course level.

Job just one cellar room to put wall down middle and board walls/ceilings with boxing of pipes and cupboards to enable access to stop taps and electrics. also about 12 plug sockets needed in one of rooms created for computer. not a big job as no new floor needed and no damp-proofing needed
