"From start to finish this experience was ridiculous. Clives staff would turn up at 11 (if at all) and be off site by 1330 at the latest. Constant excuses for not having the right parts and EVERY job they did had to be re-done. The conservatory base had to be taken down and rebuilt, the roof had to be changed 4 times and the whole thing although now finished is nothing like it weas supposed to be. The roof and doors aren't even central. Being a tradesman myself i have an eye for detail and created a snag list of 22 faults on the conservatory alone, all faults were blatantly obvious and should have been spotted and rectified before they became a problem. This company will take your money then not turn up for weeks using excuse after excuse. Saying that, they are nice lads, which just makes it even worse. If they put as much effort into paying attention to detail, not blaming each other, and just getting the job done right first time they could be a good company. At the moment i feel sorry for anyone else who gets involved with them."

I am so pleased with the work that he has done that I have asked him to fit a new bathroom suite for me as well as building a new porch.
