Erect a stud wall between lounge and dining area to cover the archway that is already there. This is a supporting wall I think as it is brick and remove stud wall from kitchen to dining room.
Relocate radiator onto new stud wall and move light switches and electric sockets(?) onto new stud wall.
House is only 5 years old, built by Bloor Homes to their Marwell design. House is currently tenanted until beginning of Aug and we are looking to get the work done as they leave so that we can move in a couple of week later.
did a really good job and we are really pleased. A couple of snagging jobs did not get completed but were easy to do ourselves. Very reliable and trustworthy as we just left them to it and gave them the keys to our empty property. Very polite and friendly staff.samantha

The walls to come down are 1 x 3m supporting wall that needs a steel beam to replace the wall. Also 2 walls that T off that wall each are 1.75 m long .
The work is all for a finished kitchen that will be 4.5m x 3m
