"I originally wanted a window put in the loft but Karl quoted a very reasonable price for a loft conversion so I went with that. This price never changed despite doing lots of extra work that had not been discussed on the outset but had been mentioned in conversation. He fixed electrics in the kitchen and boxed in some pipes whilst the loft was being plastered. This is not a man
that likes to be idle. They worked fast and efficiently and finished the job far quicker than we had anticipated. Karl is a very thorough and fair man; he makes it very clear as to what he is doing and makes the whole experience as unobtrusive as possible. The loft is fantastic; an excellent job and I will definitely be using him again and will be recommending him to friends."
