Wallpapering and painting to be done and making good to walls in hall way damaged from this work.

I need an extra room and would like to either refurb what is already there or remove and re-build. I also would like to create a shower room next to existing bathroom. It would be over the stairs you would need to look at it as difficult to explain. The other alternative if the garage conversaion is not poss is to totally refurb my partners 1930,s house.
