non load bearing internal bedroom wall to be removed to make bigger main bedroom. One door to be filled in. Both rooms to be replastered including ceiling. powerpoints to be moved/added. Skirlting boards to be replaced and two cupboard doors to be replaced. Possibly some shelves to be renewed in both cupboards. Wallpapering and painting to be done and making good to walls in hall way damaged from this work.

I have a 1960's garage which is next to house but it is enbloc ie attached to the other garages for neighbours. I need an extra room and would like to either refurb what is already there or remove and re-build. I also would like to create a shower room next to existing bathroom. It would be over the stairs you would need to look at it as difficult to explain. The other alternative if the garage conversaion is not poss is to totally refurb my partners 1930,s house.
