"Bill has made a tremendous effort to ensure that his team have carried out every aspect of the job to an extremely high standard. He has spent many hours sourcing the correct materials and researching the best methods etc. He has dealt with a laborious planning application, as the property is listed, all off his own back. He has kept us fully up-to-date every step of the way via e-mails, photos and phone calls since we are not currently resident at the property. At the end of each week, he has sent us a progress report which we have found invaluable. He has even met up with us over a Bank Holiday weekend. Most impressive of all, he has resolved a long-standing problem with damp in a flank wall by approaching it in a methodical and ingenious way. The estimate we received was very comprehensive and each job clearly itemised. NE-Build is a highly, commendable company and, unlike some builders, friendly, approachable and extremely thorough.
