Job I am looking for someone to replace the banister and hand rail of my stair case. Also make new doors to understairs cupboard Timing: ASAP

Budget Under £4,000

Job To rip out a small existing kitchen also bathroom.Make good and re fit kitchen with new units hob and oven etc. Bathroom make good fit shower cubicle or may opt for a wet room plus loo and basin.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Access scaffolding required.Property is an old gatehouse, with pitched roofs forming a cross on plan , six potted chimney sits in middle of cross.

Budget I'm not sure

Job house is a Georgian prems with two high gable end chimneys which are leaning inwards and require dismantling to roof level and rebuilding to original height and finish, using/reclaiming original bricks. (Conservation area)

Comment Couldn't fault Richard from the offset (Or John his mate), listened exactly to what I required, e.g., reclaimed bricks etc, quote reflected this and was very competitively priced. Totally punctual and reliable, were there when they said, saw the job through to the end, no going off site early or anything like that, continually cleared up after themselves, both within the boundary of the house and out in the street and public areas. The quality of workmanship was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, you hear so many tales of woe about builders but I really would recommended Richard to anyone. I've also agreed some other work to be done be him too! Very satisfied customer, Neil, Bewdley, Worc's. Neil
